You are AMAZING ... from the way you made everything yesterday run so smoothly to how you handled my knee fiasco to your thank you card to the very sweet follow up email. You made our wedding day feel like we were stars. I’m sure behind-the-scenes chaos always occurs, but we saw none of that and we thank you once again for making it happen like the movies! We loved every aspect of our wedding and are very thankful that we had you as our coordinator. Thanks again for being part of our wonderful wedding! Once we got a chance to wind down, we reflected on the evening and just thought how smoothly everything worked out and all thanks to our kick ass coordinator. If the scale, is 1 to 10, you are 11! My husband Jared and I got married on Oct. 21 at the Los Angeles Ebell. Not knowing anything about planning a wedding, I didn't think we needed to hire a wedding coordinator. After some nudging from friends and others, Jared and I hired Amber Gustafson. It was the most brilliant decision we've ever made. I have never worked with anyone so professional, dedicated and passionate in my life. She truly made our wedding absolutely perfect. The first thing that impressed me about Amber was how put-together she is as a person. From her funky-cool necklace and coordinated ensemble to her elegant hairdo, Amber looked fabulous. I figured that anyone who could look this fabulous could plan an equally fabulous wedding, and I was right! Amber had the perfect combination of professionalism, attention to detail and can-do attitude. However what sets Amber apart is her fun spirit, aesthetic talents and her willingness to take creative risks. My husband and I loved all of her creative suggestions and felt that she really understood who we are as both individuals and as a couple and how we wanted to reflect that in our wedding. We had complete confidence in Amber and she delivered! We are still getting phone calls from friends and family telling us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

Getting married in another state is hard enough, but she guided me through every last detail - things you would never think about and next thing you know I have a 5 day wedding with 50 guests pulled off like a charm.
