Dear Amber,

Thank you so much for all your amazing work on our wedding. Everyone commented on how smoothly everything went, there was never a moment of boredom for our guests. Everyone we have talked to said how our wedding was so much fun and they had a great time. The dance floor was always packed and I think this had a great deal to do with the timeline of events.  My bridesmaids felt totally taken care of and nothing seemed rushed. I appreciate your handling of the speech coordination, during the rehearsal you made it clear that nobody could go over their allotted time and I think this helped to reinforce our timeline. None of the speeches went on for too long and people could go back to having tons of fun.

I can’t imagine how difficult it would be for a wedding planner to have a baby right before wedding season. You did such a wonderful job juggling everything; I’m in awe of you! You must be superwoman or something, I couldn’t have done it. Thank you for having Nira all lined up to take over during your maternity leave, she took care of everything perfectly for those few months.

At first my parents were unsure that we even needed a wedding planner, they thought that a day of planner would be fine and that a total package wedding planner was extravagant. Now they are convinced of your value, they saw how smoothly everything went and how much fun people had. I can’t even imagine having a wedding without a total package wedding planner; the night just wouldn’t have been as fun because the timeline was so crucial for flow of the party. I actually didn’t have any stress while planning because you were there to bounce ideas off of and coordinate things. Also, thank you for keeping us up to date with all the vendor payments, it just would have been too much to handle without you.

My friend planned a big budget wedding and hired a coordinator that was more expensive than you. She complained about how her wedding planner is going way way over budget and just doesn’t care. You tried to save us money every step of the way!! I feel so lucky to have found you because you are so incredibly organized, timely, you’re a good listener and you are just so so nice.
