After the casual welcome BBQ at the big red barn, Hillary and Wes wanted an elegant and beautiful black tie wedding ceremony and reception. We took inspiration from the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa itself by incorporating lavender and olive branches and a soft color palette of silvery gray, peach, blush, and moss green for the ceremony. All of the custom stationary from Copper Willow incorporated a lace pattern to go with Hillary’s Kenneth Pool dress.
The reception, held in the Hacienda Ballroom, held a bit of a deeper color palette with jade beaded lace overlays over champagne linens. The floral arrangements were held in iron, brass, and copper containers and custom made table numbers patina’d copper plates let guests to their tables which were a mixture of long feasting tables and round tables.
